At Rotaract River Days, we want to make sure everyone has a blast while keeping things running smoothly. So, here are a few friendly reminders to ensure we all have a fantastic time:

Booth Setup: Vendors must adhere to designated setup times and locations provided by event organizers. Booths should be neat, professional, and in compliance with safety regulations. Note: Vendors must provide own equipment including tables, chairs, tents, etc. required for booth.

Product Sales: Vendors are permitted to sell only approved products or services as indicated in their application. All products must meet applicable legal and health regulations.

Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around their booths throughout the event. Garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles.

Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Any disputes or conflicts with customers or other vendors should be resolved peacefully and respectfully.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations, including those related to sales tax, permits, licenses, and health and safety standards.
Safety: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the safety of their booth setup and products. Any hazardous materials or equipment must be handled and stored properly. -
Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and any damages or injuries caused by their products or booth setup. Event organizers and sponsors are not liable for any incidents that occur within vendor booths.

Booth Breakdown: Booth areas should be left clean and free of debris after breakdown.

Compliance with Organizer Instructions: Vendors must follow any additional instructions or guidelines provided by event organizers to ensure a smooth and successful event tor a participants.
