• Booth Setup: Please follow the assigned setup times and locations provided by event organizers. Booths should be neat, organized, and designed to feel welcoming and fun for families. 

• Booth Activities: Each booth should feature a simple, interactive game or activity as outlined in your application. Think quick, easy-to-understand, and fun for all ages! 

• Prizes: If your booth includes prizes, please ensure they are small, safe, and family-friendly (candy, stickers, small toys, etc.). Participants are responsible for supplying their own prizes. 

• Cleanliness: Please help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone by maintaining your booth area throughout the event and disposing of waste in designated receptacles. 

• Safety: Booth activities and setups should be safe for public participation. Please ensure all equipment is stable, secure, and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. 

• Liability: Participants are responsible for their own booth set up and any incidents that may occur withint their space. Event organizers and sponsors are not liable for individual booth operations. 

• Booth Breakdown: At the end of the event, please leave your space clean and free of debris. All materials and equipment should be removed unless otherwise directed.
